The quickest way to get a useful reply is to include the model name or a link to the page you are asking about, plus the country or state you are ordering from, because the answer to a shipping question changes completely depending on the destination.
If your question is about a damaged or missing part, send a photograph of the item and of the packaging. Most of the small parts for the models currently listed are held in stock, and a photograph usually saves a full round of questions. For returns, include the order number in the subject line so it can be matched to the original order.
We do not take orders by phone. Everything is handled through the store so that the order record, the payment and the shipping label stay in one place, which makes problems much easier to resolve.
