Display Stands
Stands are the simplest way to put a replica on a shelf at the right angle. The wire and acrylic stands here hold a revolver upright or a pistol at a forty five degree tilt, and the flat base models work inside a presentation box or a glass cabinet.
Two rules keep a stand useful. Check the weight rating, because a Dragoon or a Schofield is much heavier than a pocket pistol, and check the contact points: a bare metal wire will mark a nickel finish, so use the felt covered models for bright guns. For a long rifle, use two stands rather than one and place them under the stock and the barrel band.
