Returns and Exchanges
If a piece is not what you expected, contact us within thirty days of delivery. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund or exchanged for another finish or model. We ask that you contact us before shipping anything back so the return can be logged against the order.
Items that cannot be returned: blank ammunition, cap rings, anything that has been loaded or fired, and anything that has been modified, painted or engraved. These restrictions exist for safety and because the items cannot be resold once they have left the shop in that condition.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect when it arrived. In that case we cover the return and send a replacement. Photographs of the damage help us claim against the carrier and usually speed the replacement up.
Return Policy
We understand that occasionally, items ordered over the internet are not as awesome as expected. So, we happily accept returns within 30 days for refund or exchange. No restocking fees! The item must be in resellable condition: new condition and in original packaging and box. However, shipping charges are not refundable.

Claims for receipt of defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. We cannot accept returns of used merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Blank Guns have a 30-day Factory warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is void if damage is due to user abuse, misuse, alteration, dismantling or modification of the gun or magazine, including but not limited to use of improper Blanks MM and size. Additionally, any physical damage, water, dust and/or incorrect lubricates which damage the product will also void the warranty.
