The M925 Front Firing Blank Gun Black copies the proportions of the original piece: the same length, the same grip angle and the same weight in the hand. The frame is cast in zinc aluminium, hand fitted and finished in Black, and the grips follow the original screw pattern so they can be replaced with a period set if you want a different look.
A blank gun is a real firearm mechanism that fires powder without a projectile. The barrel or the top of the chamber is vented, so the gas escapes upward or forward instead of pushing a bullet. That vent is what makes the gun legal in most of Europe and it is also the reason the noise is sharper than a replica cap gun.
